bc3f42acc4 crypto: x86/blowfish - Convert to use ECB/CBC helpers
We can simplify the blowfish-x86_64 glue code by using the preexisting
ECB/CBC helper macros. Additionally, this allows for easier reuse of asm
functions in later x86 implementations of blowfish.

This involves:
 1 - Modifying blowfish_dec_blk_4way() to xor outputs when a flag is
     passed.
 2 - Renaming blowfish_dec_blk_4way() to __blowfish_dec_blk_4way().
 3 - Creating two wrapper functions around __blowfish_dec_blk_4way() for
     use in the ECB/CBC macros.
 4 - Removing the custom ecb_encrypt() and cbc_encrypt() routines in
     favor of macro-based routines.

b529ea6593 crypto: x86/blowfish - Remove unused encode parameter
The blowfish-x86_64 encryption functions have an unused argument. Remove
it.

This involves:
 1 - Removing xor_block() macros.
 2 - Removing handling of fourth argument from __blowfish_enc_blk{,_4way}()
     functions.
 3 - Renaming __blowfish_enc_blk{,_4way}() to blowfish_enc_blk{,_4way}().
 4 - Removing the blowfish_enc_blk{,_4way}() wrappers from
     blowfish_glue.c
 5 - Temporarily using SYM_TYPED_FUNC_START for now indirectly-callable
     encode functions.

1353e576ae crypto: x86/blowfish - remove redundant assignment to variable nytes
Variable nbytes is being assigned a value that is never read, it is
being re-assigned in the next statement in the while-loop. The
assignment is redundant and can be removed.

Cleans up clang scan-build warnings, e.g.:
arch/x86/crypto/blowfish_glue.c:147:10: warning: Although the value
stored to 'nbytes' is used in the enclosing expression, the value
is never actually read from 'nbytes'

f16a005cde crypto: x86 - eliminate anonymous module_init & module_exit
Eliminate anonymous module_init() and module_exit(), which can lead to
confusion or ambiguity when reading System.map, crashes/oops/bugs,
or an initcall_debug log.

Give each of these init and exit functions unique driver-specific
names to eliminate the anonymous names.

Example 1: (System.map)
 ffffffff832fc78c t init
 ffffffff832fc79e t init
 ffffffff832fc8f8 t init

Example 2: (initcall_debug log)
 calling  init+0x0/0x12 @ 1
 initcall init+0x0/0x12 returned 0 after 15 usecs
 calling  init+0x0/0x60 @ 1
 initcall init+0x0/0x60 returned 0 after 2 usecs
 calling  init+0x0/0x9a @ 1
 initcall init+0x0/0x9a returned 0 after 74 usecs

45fe93dff2 crypto: algapi - make crypto_xor() take separate dst and src arguments
There are quite a number of occurrences in the kernel of the pattern

  if (dst != src)
          memcpy(dst, src, walk.total % AES_BLOCK_SIZE);
  crypto_xor(dst, final, walk.total % AES_BLOCK_SIZE);

or

  crypto_xor(keystream, src, nbytes);
  memcpy(dst, keystream, nbytes);

where crypto_xor() is preceded or followed by a memcpy() invocation
that is only there because crypto_xor() uses its output parameter as
one of the inputs. To avoid having to add new instances of this pattern
in the arm64 code, which will be refactored to implement non-SIMD
fallbacks, add an alternative implementation called crypto_xor_cpy(),
taking separate input and output arguments. This removes the need for
the separate memcpy().

3d387ef08c Revert "crypto: blowfish - add AVX2/x86_64 implementation of blowfish cipher"
This reverts commit 6048801070.

Instruction (vpgatherdd) that this implementation relied on turned out to be
slow performer on real hardware (i5-4570). The previous 4-way blowfish
implementation is therefore faster and this implementation should be removed.

Patch adds AVX2/x86-64 implementation of Blowfish cipher, requiring 32 parallel
blocks for input (256 bytes). Table look-ups are performed using vpgatherdd
instruction directly from vector registers and thus should be faster than
earlier implementations.

7af6c24568 crypto: arch/x86 - cleanup - remove unneeded crypto_alg.cra_list initializations
Initialization of cra_list is currently mixed, most ciphers initialize this
field and most shashes do not. Initialization however is not needed at all

list_add(). Therefore perform cleanup to remove all unneeded initializations
of this field in 'arch/x86/crypto/'.

64b94ceae8 crypto: blowfish - add x86_64 assembly implementation
Patch adds x86_64 assembly implementation of blowfish. Two set of assembler
functions are provided. First set is regular 'one-block at time'
encrypt/decrypt functions. Second is 'four-block at time' functions that
gain performance increase on out-of-order CPUs. Performance of 4-way
functions should be equal to 1-way functions with in-order CPUs.

Summary of the tcrypt benchmarks:

Blowfish assembler vs blowfish C (256bit 8kb block ECB)
encrypt: 2.2x speed
decrypt: 2.3x speed

Blowfish assembler vs blowfish C (256bit 8kb block CBC)
encrypt: 1.12x speed
decrypt: 2.5x speed

Blowfish assembler vs blowfish C (256bit 8kb block CTR)
encrypt: 2.5x speed
