b3c72fc9a7 x86/boot: Introduce setup_indirect
The setup_data is a bit awkward to use for extremely large data objects,
both because the setup_data header has to be adjacent to the data object
and because it has a 32-bit length field. However, it is important that
intermediate stages of the boot process have a way to identify which
chunks of memory are occupied by kernel data. Thus introduce an uniform
way to specify such indirect data as setup_indirect struct and
SETUP_INDIRECT type.

And finally bump setup_header version in arch/x86/boot/header.S.

6da2ec5605 treewide: kmalloc() -> kmalloc_array()
The kmalloc() function has a 2-factor argument form, kmalloc_array(). This
patch replaces cases of:

        kmalloc(a * b, gfp)

with:
        kmalloc_array(a * b, gfp)

as well as handling cases of:

        kmalloc(a * b * c, gfp)

with:

        kmalloc(array3_size(a, b, c), gfp)

as it's slightly less ugly than:

        kmalloc_array(array_size(a, b), c, gfp)

This does, however, attempt to ignore constant size factors like:

        kmalloc(4 * 1024, gfp)

though any constants defined via macros get caught up in the conversion.

Any factors with a sizeof() of "unsigned char", "char", and "u8" were
dropped, since they're redundant.

The tools/ directory was manually excluded, since it has its own
implementation of kmalloc().

The Coccinelle script used for this was:

// Fix redundant parens around sizeof().

f7750a7956 x86, mpparse, x86/acpi, x86/PCI, x86/dmi, SFI: Use memremap() for RAM mappings
The ioremap() function is intended for mapping MMIO. For RAM, the
memremap() function should be used. Convert calls from ioremap() to
memremap() when re-mapping RAM.

This will be used later by SME to control how the encryption mask is
applied to memory mappings, with certain memory locations being mapped
decrypted vs encrypted.

Guided by grsecurity's analogous __read_only markings in arch/x86,
this applies several uses of __ro_after_init to structures that are

never updated. Additionally extends __init markings to some functions
that are only used during __init, and cleans up some missing C99 style
static initializers.

5039e316dd x86: Export x86 boot_params to sysfs
kexec-tools use boot_params for getting the 1st kernel hardware_subarch,
the kexec kernel EFI runtime support also needs to read the old efi_info
from boot_params. Currently it exists in debugfs which is not a good
place for such infomation. Per HPA, we should avoid "sploit debugfs".

In this patch /sys/kernel/boot_params are exported, also the setup_data is
exported as a subdirectory. kexec-tools is using debugfs for hardware_subarch
for a long time now so we're not removing it yet.

Structure is like below:

/sys/kernel/boot_params
|__ data                /* boot_params in binary*/
|__ setup_data
|   |__ 0               /* the first setup_data node */
