Andy Shevchenko	60c7801b12	kunit: replace kernel.h with the necessary inclusions ... When kernel.h is used in the headers it adds a lot into dependency hell, especially when there are circular dependencies are involved. Replace kernel.h inclusion with the list of what is really being used. Add `struct kunit_assert` and friends which provide a structured way to capture data from an expectation or an assertion (introduced later in the series) so that it may be printed out in the event of a failure.
