It's already included in libapikfs.a library, which is already used to
link perf.so.

25cd480e44 tools: Remove bitops/hweight usage of bits in tools/perf
We need to use lib/hweight.c for that, just like we do for lib/rbtree.c,
so tools need to link hweight.o. For now do it directly, but we need to
have a tools/lib/lk.a or .so that collects these goodies...

85c66be101 perf tools: Introduce tools/lib/lk library
This introduces the tools/lib/lk library, that will gradually have the
routines that now are used in tools/perf/ and other tools and that can
be shared.

Start by carving out debugfs routines for general use.

3ab484b862 perf tools: Add missing files to build the python binding
Changeset 0f6a3015:
"perf tools: Support user regs and stack in sample parsing"

uses hweight_long in evsel.c, so we need to drag util/hweight.c
to the python binding.

Ditto for ee8dd3c:
"perf tools: Change strlist to use the new rblist"

where we need to add util/rblist.c.

Now twatch.py works again:

 # export PYTHONPATH=~acme/git/build/perf/python/
 # ~acme/git/linux/tools/perf/python/twatch.py

The perf python extention (perf.so) file lacks its dependencies in the
Makefile so that it cannot be refreshed if one of source files it depends
is changed. Fix it by putting them in a separate file and processing it in
