c1736b9008 drm: IRQ midlayer is now legacy
Hide the DRM midlayer behind CONFIG_DRM_LEGACY, make functions use
the prefix drm_legacy_, and move declarations to drm_legacy.h.
In struct drm_device, move the fields irq and irq_enabled behind
CONFIG_DRM_LEGACY.

All callers have been updated.

04dfe19a5e drm: Mark AGP implementation and ioctls as legacy
Only UMs drivers use DRM's core AGP code and ioctls. Mark the icotls
as legacy. Add the _legacy_ infix to all AGP functions. Move the
declarations to the public and internal legacy header files. The agp
field in struct drm_device is now located in the structure's legacy
section. Adapt drivers to the changes.

AGP code now depends on CONFIG_DRM_LEGACY.

45b2fda3d8 gpu/drm: fix a few kernel-doc "/**" mark warnings
The opening comment mark "/**" is reserved for kernel-doc comments, so
it will generate warnings for comments that are not kernel-doc with
"make W=1". For example,

drivers/gpu/drm/drm_memory.c:2: warning: Cannot understand * \file
drm_memory.c

0500c04ea1 drm: drop use of drmP.h in drm/*
The use of the drmP.h header file is deprecated.
Remove use from all files in drm/*
so people do not look there and follow a bad example.

Build tested allyesconfig, allmodconfig on x86, arm etc.
Including alpha that is as always more challenging than
the rest.

094aa54f0f drm: Some ocd in drm_file.c
Move the open helper around to avoid the forward decl, and give
drm_setup a drm_legacy_ prefix since it's all legacy stuff in there.

v2: Move drm_legacy_setup into drm_legacy_misc.c (Chris). The
counterpart in the form of drm_legacy_dev_reinit is there already too,
plus it fits perfectly into Dave's work of making DRIVER_LEGACY code
compile-time optional.

ee22f76306 drm/legacy: remove some legacy lock struct members
This removes these unless legacy is enabled.

The lock count init is unneeded anyways since it's kzalloc.

8437dd73b3 drm/legacy: move init/destroy of struct members into legacy file
This introduces drm_legacy_misc.c as a place for some misc legacy code,
eventually I want to give the option to remove this from the build.
