Jiri Slaby 0bc1bd092a tty_port: drop last traces of low_latency
The main purpose of tty_port::low_latency was removed in commit
a9c3f68f3c (tty: Fix low_latency BUG) back in 2014. It was left in
place for drivers as an optional tune knob. But only one driver has been
using it until the previous commit. So remove this misconcept
completely, given there are no users.

Thomas Gleixner f2bf88c4af net: caif: Remove unused caif SPI driver
While chasing in_interrupt() (ab)use in drivers it turned out that the
caif_spi driver has never been in use since the driver was merged 10 years
ago. There never was any matching code which provides a platform device.

The driver has not seen any update (asided of treewide changes and
cleanups) since 8 years and the maintainers vanished from the planet.

So analysing the potential contexts and the (in)correctness of
in_interrupt() usage is just a pointless exercise.

Remove the cruft.

Mauro Carvalho Chehab da50d57abd docs: networking: convert caif files to ReST
There are two text files for caif, plus one already converted
file.

Convert the two remaining ones to ReST, create a new index.rst
file for CAIF, adding it to the main networking documentation
index.

Mauro Carvalho Chehab e15d5a53ea docs: net: convert two README files to ReST format
There are two README files there with doesn't have a .txt
extension nor are at ReST format.

In order to help with the docs conversion to ReST, rename those
and manually convert them to ReST format.

As there are lot more to be done for networking to be part of
the documentation body, for now mark those two files with
:orphan:, in order to supress a build warning.

Sjur Braendeland 529d6dad5b caif-driver: Add CAIF-SPI Protocol driver.
This patch introduces the CAIF SPI Protocol Driver for
CAIF Link Layer.

This driver implements a platform driver to accommodate for a
platform specific SPI device. A general platform driver is not
possible as there are no SPI Slave side Kernel API defined.
A sample CAIF SPI Platform device can be found in
.../Documentation/networking/caif/spi_porting.txt
