ead841c2ed ARM: S3C24XX: Remove hw_addr from s3c24xx dma channel declarations
According to commit c4806174c5
(ARM: S3C2412: DMA: Remove I2S FIFO address) the S3C DMA API does not
make use of hw_addr.to/from declared for some of the channels in
mach-s3c24XX/dma.c

Grepping through the kernel also did non reveal any new users of
these properties since the mentioned commit.

344b4c4888 ASoC: Samsung: Update DMA interface
This patch adds to support the DMA PL330 driver that uses
DMA generic API. Samsung sound driver uses DMA generic API
if architecture supports it. Otherwise, use samsung specific

c4e1662550 ARM: SAMSUNG: Add common DMA operations
This patch adds common DMA operations which are used for Samsung DMA
drivers. Currently there are two types of DMA driver for Samsung SoCs.
The one is S3C-DMA for S3C SoCs and the other is PL330-DMA for S5P SoCs.
This patch provides funcion pointers for common DMA operations to DMA
client driver like SPI and Audio. It makes DMA client drivers support
multi-platform.
In addition, this common DMA operations implement the shared actions
that are needed for DMA client driver. For example shared actions are
filter() function for dma_request_channel() and parameter passing for
device_prep_slave_sg().

fb1dddd73d ARM: io: s3c2410: remove ioaddr()

8f3c4537bb ARM: gpio: make trivial GPIOLIB implementation the default
Rather than marking the mach/gpio.h header files which want to use the
trivial GPIOLIB implementation, mark those which do not want to use it
instead. This means that by default, you get the trivial implementation
and only have to do something extra if you need to. This should
encourage the use of the trivial default implementation.

As an additional bonus, several gpio.h header files become empty.

c4761b69f4 ARM: S3C24XX: Locate kernel at 0x30108000 if PM_H1940 is enabled
If PM_H1940 is enabled, kernel _must_ be located upper then 0x30008000,
because this area (0x30000000-0x30100000) can be used by bootloader. If
kernel is located at 0x30008000, bootloader will corrupt kernel's code during
resume.

0c3767b161 ARM: n30: Just call s3c24xx_init_irq() directly from machine definition
The n30_init_irq() call is simply a call to s3c24xx_init_irq, so
just remove it and update the machine definitions to call the IRQ
initialision call directly.
