Anton Gusev 966d47e1f2 efi: fix potential NULL deref in efi_mem_reserve_persistent
When iterating on a linked list, a result of memremap is dereferenced
without checking it for NULL.

This patch adds a check that falls back on allocating a new page in
case memremap doesn't succeed.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.

When calling debugfs_lookup() the result must have dput() called on it,
otherwise the memory will leak over time.  To make things simpler, just
call debugfs_lookup_and_remove() instead which handles all of the logic
at once.

The code expect the PHY to be in power down which is only true after reset.
Allow changes of the SGMII parameters more than once.

Only power down when reconfiguring to avoid bouncing the link when there's
no reason to - based on code from Russell King.

There are cases when the SGMII_PHYA_PWD register contains 0x9 which
prevents SGMII from working. The SGMII still shows link but no traffic
can flow. Writing 0x0 to the PHYA_PWD register fix the issue. 0x0 was
taken from a good working state of the SGMII interface.

still enabled and packet processing may be ongoing.

Follow the mirror sequence of open() in the stop() callback.

The get port status hub request code in xhci-hub.c will complete usb2

Mathias Nyman 0e6275452c xhci: clear usb2 resume related variables in one place.
Initially resume related USB2 variables were cleared once port
successfully resumed to U0. Later code was added to clean up
stale resume variables in case of port failed to resume to U0.

Clear the variables in one place after port is no longer resuming
or in suspended U3 state.

Mathias Nyman b17a57f89f xhci: Refactor interrupter code for initial multi interrupter support.
xHC supports several interrupters, each with its own mmio register set,
event ring and MSI/MSI-X vector. Transfers can be assigned different
interrupters when queued. See xhci 4.17 for details.
Current driver only supports one interrupter.

Create a xhci_interrupter structure containing an event ring, pointer to
mmio registers for this interrupter, variables to store registers over s3
suspend, erst, etc. Add functions to create and free an interrupter, and
pass an interrupter pointer to functions that deal with events.

Secondary interrupters are also useful without having an interrupt vector.
One use case is the xHCI audio sideband offloading where a DSP can take
care of specific audio endpoints.

When all transfer events of an offloaded endpoint can be mapped to a
separate interrupter event ring the DSP can poll this ring, and we can mask
these events preventing waking up the CPU.

Only minor functional changes such as clearing some of the interrupter
registers when freeing the interrupter.

Still create only one primary interrupter.

Mathias Nyman 8c1cbec9db xhci: fix event ring segment table related masks and variables in header
xHC controller can supports up to 1024 interrupters.
To fit these change the max_interrupters varable from u8 to u16.

Add a separate mask for the reserve and preserve bits [5:0] in the erst
base register and use it instead of the ERST_PRT_MASK.
ERSR_PTR_MASK [3:0] is intended for masking bits in the
event ring dequeue pointer register.

Xiubo Li a68e564adc ceph: blocklist the kclient when receiving corrupted snap trace
When received corrupted snap trace we don't know what exactly has
happened in MDS side. And we shouldn't continue IOs and metadatas
access to MDS, which may corrupt or get incorrect contents.

This patch will just block all the further IO/MDS requests
immediately and then evict the kclient itself.

The reason why we still need to evict the kclient just after
blocking all the further IOs is that the MDS could revoke the caps
faster.

Andrei Gherzan 329c9cd769 selftests: net: udpgso_bench_tx: Cater for pending datagrams zerocopy benchmarking
The test tool can check that the zerocopy number of completions value is
valid taking into consideration the number of datagram send calls. This can
catch the system into a state where the datagrams are still in the system
(for example in a qdisk, waiting for the network interface to return a
completion notification, etc).

This change adds a retry logic of computing the number of completions up to
a configurable (via CLI) timeout (default: 2 seconds).

Andrei Gherzan dafe93b9ee selftests: net: udpgso_bench: Fix racing bug between the rx/tx programs
"udpgro_bench.sh" invokes udpgso_bench_rx/udpgso_bench_tx programs
subsequently and while doing so, there is a chance that the rx one is not
ready to accept socket connections. This racing bug could fail the test
with at least one of the following:

./udpgso_bench_tx: connect: Connection refused
./udpgso_bench_tx: sendmsg: Connection refused
./udpgso_bench_tx: write: Connection refused

This change addresses this by making udpgro_bench.sh wait for the rx
program to be ready before firing off the tx one - up to a 10s timeout.

Damien Le Moal 69f2c93463 ata: libata: Fix sata_down_spd_limit() when no link speed is reported
Commit 2dc0b46b5e ("libata: sata_down_spd_limit should return if
driver has not recorded sstatus speed") changed the behavior of
sata_down_spd_limit() to return doing nothing if a drive does not report
a current link speed, to avoid reducing the link speed to the lowest 1.5
Gbps speed.

However, the change assumed that a speed was recorded before probing
(e.g. before a suspend/resume) and set in link->sata_spd. This causes
problems with adapters/drives combination failing to establish a link
speed during probe autonegotiation. One example reported of this problem
is an mvebu adapter with a 3Gbps port-multiplier box: autonegotiation
fails, leaving no recorded link speed and no reported current link
speed. Probe retries also fail as no action is taken by sata_set_spd()
after each retry.

Fix this by returning early in sata_down_spd_limit() only if we do have
a recorded link speed, that is, if link->sata_spd is not 0. With this
fix, a failed probe not leading to a recorded link speed is retried at
the lower 1.5 Gbps speed, with the link speed potentially increased
later on the second revalidate of the device if the device reports
that it supports higher link speeds.
