Mauro Carvalho Chehab 6ef43d273e media: admin-guide: avoid using ReST :doc:`foo` markup 
The :doc:`foo` tag is auto-generated via automarkup.py.
So, use the filename at the sources, instead of :doc:`foo`.

There are several things here that are outdated, because this
document was written a long time ago.

Update them to reflect the current status of the driver and
the media subsystem.

Mauro Carvalho Chehab 32e2eae23f media: docs: move user-facing docs to the admin guide 
Most of the driver-specific documentation is meant to help
users of the media subsystem.

Move them to the admin-guide.

It should be noticed, however, that several of those files
are outdated and will require further work in order to make
them useful again.
