93d03203d5 ftmac100: use resource_size()
The calculation is off-by-one.  It should be "end - start + 1".  This
patch fixes it to use resource_size() instead.  Oddly, the code already
uses resource size correctly a couple lines earlier when it calls
request_mem_region() for this memory.

When running in softirq context, we should use GFP_ATOMIC allocations
instead of GFP_KERNEL ones.

8d77c036b5 net: add Faraday FTMAC100 10/100 Ethernet driver
FTMAC100 Ethernet Media Access Controller supports 10/100 Mbps and
MII.  This driver has been working on some ARM/NDS32 SoC's including
Faraday A320 and Andes AG101.
