Recent Xeon processor thermal sensors are supported by the coretemp
driver and not the adm1021 driver. Only one old generation of Xeon
processors (the first Netburst ones) are supported by the adm1021
driver.

Part 3: Move the drivers documentation, plus two general documentation
files.
Note that the patch "adds trailing whitespace", because it does move the
files as-is, and some files happen to have trailing whitespace.
