01bab536b1 timers, drivers/tty/metag_da: Initialize the poll timer as pinned
Pinned timers must carry the pinned attribute in the timer structure
itself, so convert the code to the new API.

No functional change.

4d38e5c48f tty/metag_da: Avoid module_init/module_exit in non-modular code
The metag_da TTY driver can't get built as a module at the moment, but
it still uses module_init() and module_exit(). Those macros are moving
to module.h which isn't included by metag_da.c, which will result in the
following build warnings (remarkably no build errors) and an apparent
failure to boot as the TTY driver won't be loaded.

drivers/tty/metag_da.c:660: warning: data definition has no type or storage class
drivers/tty/metag_da.c:660: warning: type defaults to ‘int’ in declaration of ‘module_init’
drivers/tty/metag_da.c:660: warning: parameter names (without types) in function declaration
drivers/tty/metag_da.c:661: warning: data definition has no type or storage class
drivers/tty/metag_da.c:661: warning: type defaults to ‘int’ in declaration of ‘module_exit’
drivers/tty/metag_da.c:661: warning: parameter names (without types) in function declaration
drivers/tty/metag_da.c:572: warning: ‘dashtty_init’ defined but not used
drivers/tty/metag_da.c:645: warning: ‘dashtty_exit’ defined but not used
drivers/tty/metag_da.c In function ‘dash_console_write’:
drivers/tty/metag_da.c:670 : warning: passing argument 4 of ‘chancall’ discards qualifiers from pointer target type

Instead of just adding the module.h include, now would be a good time to
remove the use of these macros, replacing the module_init with
device_initcall, and removing the exit function altogether since it
isn't needed. If module support is added later the code can always be
resurrected.

c3f43eec80 tty/metag_da: Add console_poll module parameter
Currently the metag_da console channel is write only, it doesn't get
polled for incoming data. This is for performance & latency reasons as
polling blocks the processor for a significant amount of time waiting
for the JTAG probe to respond to the request and restart the thread.
This means that the console channel cannot be used for a login prompt,
so ttyDA2 is usually used instead.

In a virtual environment with a virtual DA such as QEMU however the
polling is much cheaper as the request can be handled immediately. It is
useful to be able to enable polling in such an environment in order to
get both the kernel log and a usable login prompt on the same DA
channel.

Add a console_poll module parameter which allows polling to be enabled
for the console channel. It defaults to off as that is the current
behaviour for good reason on real hardware.

It can be enabled by appending metag_da.console_poll to the kernel
command line.

16735d022f tree-wide: use reinit_completion instead of INIT_COMPLETION
Use this new function to make code more comprehensible, since we are
reinitialzing the completion, not initializing.

a8cd98586b tty: metag_da: avoid getting tty kref in dashtty_timer()
Getting the tty kref in dashtty_timer() is no longer necessary since it
isn't needed in fetch_data() any longer (due to changes which make the
tty flip functions refer to tty_ports instead of tty_structs), so just
pass around a channel number instead.
