d4faf636d6 NTFS: Limit name length in fs/ntfs/unistr.c::ntfs_nlstoucs() to maximum
allowed by NTFS, i.e. 255 Unicode characters, not including the
      terminating NULL (which is not stored on disk).

c394e458b6 NTFS: Fix a 64-bitness bug where a left-shift could overflow a 32-bit variable
which we now cast to 64-bit first (fs/ntfs/mft.c::map_mft_record_page().

f94ad38e68 NTFS: Report unrepresentable inodes during ntfs_readdir() as KERN_WARNING

1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
