From inspection I found a couple of GPIO lookups that are
listed with device "gpio-pxa", but actually have a number
from a different gpio controller.
Try to rectify that here, with a guess of what the actual
device name is.

The mach/hardware.h is included in lots of places, and it provides
three different things on pxa:
- the cpu_is_pxa* macros
- an indirect inclusion of mach/addr-map.h
- the __REG() and io_pv2() helper macros
Split it up into separate <linux/soc/pxa/cpu.h> and mach/pxa-regs.h
headers, then change all the files that use mach/hardware.h to
include the exact set of those three headers that they actually
need, allowing for further more targeted cleanup.
linux/soc/pxa/cpu.h can remain permanently exported and is now in
a global location along with similar headers. pxa-regs.h and
addr-map.h are only used in a very small number of drivers now
and can be moved to arch/arm/mach-pxa/ directly when those drivers
are to pass the necessary data as resources.

The PWM backlight still supports passing a enable GPIO line as
platform data using the legacy <linux/gpio.h> API.
It turns out that ever board using this mechanism except one
is pass .enable_gpio = -1. So we drop all these cargo-culted -1's
from all instances of this platform data in the kernel.
The remaning board, Palm TC, is converted to pass a machine
descriptior table with the "enable" GPIO instead, and delete the
platform data entry for enable_gpio and the code handling it
and things should work smoothly with the new API.

After converting the PXA driver to use GPIO descriptors for
card detect and write protect it is relatively simple to
convert it to also use a descriptor for getting the optional
power control GPIO.
The polarity inversion flag can also go away from the platform
data since this is indicated in the GPIO machine descriptor
table.

This deletes the platform data passed for card detect and
write protect from various PXA machines.
Make sure to keep .gpio_card_ro_invert as this is still in
use by some machines and needed to set the right flag to
the MMC core (will be cleaned up later).

This adds GPIO descriptor look-up tables for a whole bunch
of PXA boards with MMC card detect (CD) and write protect (WP)
GPIO lines, so we can move away from the hard-coded GPIO
numberspace.
In some cases the platforms were compulsively including the
<linux/gpio.h> header even if they weren't actually using
it, and in these cases I simply replaced that inclusion with
the more appropriate <linux/gpio/machine.h> which is what
board files should be including most of the time.

This release brings up a new platform based on the old ARM9 core: the
Nuvoton NPCM is used as a baseboard management controller, competing
with the better known ASpeed AST2xx series.
Another important change is the addition of ARMv7-A based chips
in mach-stm32. The older parts in this platform are ARMv7-M based
microcontrollers, now they are expanding to general-purpose workloads.
The other changes are the usual defconfig updates to enable additional
drivers, lesser bugfixes. The largest updates as often are the ongoing
OMAP cleanups, but we also have a number of changes for the older
PXA and davinci platforms this time.
For the Renesas shmobile/r-car platform, some new infrastructure
is needed to make the watchdog work correctly.
Supporting Multiprocessing on Allwinner A80 required a significant

The "enable arbiter" bit is available only for pxa3xx based platforms
but it was experimentally shown that even if this bit is reserved,
some Marvell platforms (64-bit) actually need it to be set. The driver
always set this bit regardless of this property, which is harmless.
Then this property is not needed.
The "num_cs" field is always 1 and for a good reason, the old driver
(pxa3xx_nand.c) could only handle one. The new driver that replaces it
(marvell_nand.c) can handle more, but better use device tree for such
description. As there is only one available chip select, there is no
need for an array of partitions neither an array of partition numbers.

Compile marvell_nand.c instead of pxa3xx_nand.c with all PXA based SoCs.
Convert all board files and defconfigs so that the new driver is used
everywhere instead of the old one.
Board files using CONFIG_MTD_NAND_PXA3xx now use CONFIG_MTD_NAND_MARVELL
instead.

This converts the bit-banged GPIO SPI driver to looking up and
using GPIO descriptors to get a handle on GPIO lines for SCK,
MOSI, MISO and all CS lines.
All existing board files are converted in one go to keep it all
consistent. With these conversions I rarely find any interrim
steps that makes any sense.
Device tree probing and GPIO handling should work like before
also after this patch.
For board files, we stop using controller data to pass the GPIO
line for chip select, instead we pass this as a GPIO descriptor
lookup like everything else.
In some s3c24xx machines the names of the SPI devices were set to
"spi-gpio" rather than "spi_gpio" which can never have worked, I
fixed it working (I guess) as part of this patch set. Sometimes
I wonder how this code got upstream in the first place, it
obviously is not tested.
mach-s3c64xx/mach-smartq.c has the same problem and additionally
defines the *same* GPIO line for MOSI and MISO which is not going
to be accepted by gpiolib. As the lines were number 1,2,2 I assumed
it was a typo and use lines 1,2,3. A comment gives awat that line 0
is chip select though no actual SPI device is provided for the LCD
supposed to be on this bit-banged SPI bus. I left it intact instead
of just deleting the bus though.
Kill off board file code that try to initialize the SPI lines
to the same values that they will later be set by the spi_gpio
driver anyways. Given the huge number of weird things in these
board files I do not think this code is very tested or put in
with much afterthought anyways.
In order to assert that we do not get performance regressions on
this crucial bing-banged driver, a ran a script like this dumping the
Ilitek ILI9322 regmap 10000 times (it has no caching obviously) on
an otherwise idle system in two iterations before and after the
patches:

Lots of header files are never included outside of a mach-pxa

Use a PWM lookup table to provide the PWM to the pwm-backlight device.
The driver has a legacy code path that is required only because boards
still use the legacy method of requesting PWMs by global ID. Replacing
these usages allows that legacy fallback to be removed.

Since dm9000 driver added support for a vcc regulator, platform data
based platforms have their ethernet broken, as the regulator claiming
returns -EPROBE_DEFER and prevents dm9000 loading.
This patch fixes this for all pxa boards using dm9000, by using the
specific regulator_has_full_constraints() function.
This was discovered and tested on the cm-x300 board.

memblock is now fully integrated into the kernel and is the prefered
method for tracking memory. Rather than reinvent the wheel with
meminfo, migrate to using memblock directly instead of meminfo as
an intermediate.

The GPIO API defines 0 as being a valid GPIO number, so this field needs
to be initialized explicitly.
A special case is the Palm Tungsten|C board. Since it doesn't use any
quirks that would require the existing .init() or .exit() hooks it can
simply use the new enable_gpio field.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

Get rid of the mdesc pointer in the fixup function call. No one uses
the mdesc pointer, it shouldn't be modified anyway, and we can't wrap
it, so let's remove it.

Current pxa3xx_nand controller has two chip select which
both be workable. This patch enable this feature.
Update platform driver to support this feature.
Another notice should be taken that:
When you want to use this feature, you should not enable the
keep configuration feature, for two chip select could be
attached with different nand chip. The different page size
and timing requirement make the keep configuration impossible.
