cf86799e81 ptp: ixp46x: remove NO_IRQ handling
gpio_to_irq does not return NO_IRQ but instead returns a negative
error code on failure. Returning NO_IRQ from the function has no
negative effects as we only compare the result to the expected
interrupt number, but it's better to return a proper failure
code for consistency, and we should remove NO_IRQ from the kernel
entirely.

b83ef507d9 ptp: ixp46x: use helpers for converting ns to timespec
Convert the driver to use ns_to_timespec64() and timespec64_to_ns()
instead of open coding the same logic.

1ca13de267 ptp: ixp46x: convert to the 64 bit get/set time methods.
The device has a 64 bit clock register, where each clock tick is 16
nanoseconds, and so with this patch the driver is ready for the year
2038.

4986b4f008 ptp: drivers: set the number of programmable pins.
This patch updates the many PTP Hardware Clock drivers with the
newly introduced field that advertises the number of programmable
pins. Some of these devices do have programmable pins, but the
implementation will have to wait for follow on patches.

dc6ab07d8f ptp: switch to use gpiolib
This platform supports gpiolib, so remove the custom API use
and replace with calls to gpiolib. Also request the GPIO before
starting to use it.

1ef761582c ptp: link the phc device to its parent device
PTP Hardware Clock devices appear as class devices in sysfs. This patch
changes the registration API to use the parent device, clarifying the
clock's relationship to the underlying device.

c1e6aaf0ab ixp4xx_eth: Fix up the get_ts_info ethtool method.
Commit e77bd1ec121ee4163a6b42a44e87b2e382c39e04 added support for a
new ethtool function, but that cannot compile due to a misnamed global
variable. Not that it really matters (since the IXP4xx does compile
either, as of about Linux 3.1) but just in case, this patch fixes the
misnamed variable in the PHC driver.
