regulator: Kconfig: Fix REGULATOR_QCOM_RPMH dependencies to avoid build error
The kernel test robot reported the following build error:

All errors (new ones prefixed by >>):

   qcom-rpmh-regulator.c:(.text+0x2fc): undefined reference to `rpmh_write_async'

Which is due to REGULATOR_QCOM_RPMH depending on
QCOM_RPMH || COMPILE_TEST. The problem is that QOM_RPMH can now
be a module, which in that case requires REGULATOR_QCOM_RPMH=m
to build.

However, if COMPILE_TEST is enabled, REGULATOR_QCOM_RPMH can be
set to =y while QCOM_RPMH=m which will cause build failures.

The fix here is to add (QCOM_RPMH=n && COMPILE_TEST) to the
dependency.

Feedback would be appreciated!

Merge series "Support ROHM BD9576MUF and BD9573MUF PMICs" from Matti Vaittinen <matti.vaittinen@fi.rohmeurope.com>:
Initial support for ROHM BD9576MUF and BD9573MUF PMICs.

These PMICs are primarily intended to be used to power the R-Car family
processors. BD9576MUF includes some additional safety features the
BD9573MUF does not have. This initial version of drivers does not
utilize these features and for now the SW behaviour is identical.

Please note that this version of drivers is only tested on BD9576MUF
but according to the data-sheets the relevant parts of registers should
be same so drivers should also work on BD9573MUF.

This patch series includes MFD, watchdog and regulator drivers with
basic functionality such as:

- Enabling and pinging the watchdog
- configuring watchog timeout / window from device-tree
- reading regulator states/voltages
- enabling/disabling VOUT1 (VD50) when control mode B is used.

This patch series does not bring interrupt support. BD9576MUF and BD9573MUF
are designed to keep the IRQ line low for whole duration of error
condition. IRQ can't be 'acked'. So proper IRQ support would require
some IRQ limiter implementation (delayed unmask?) in order to not hog
the CPU.

21b72156ed regulator: bd718x7: Split driver to common and bd718x7 specific parts
Few ROHM PMICs allow setting the voltage states for different system states
like RUN, IDLE, SUSPEND and LPSR. States are then changed via SoC specific
mechanisms. bd718x7 driver implemented device-tree parsing functions for
these state specific voltages. The parsing functions can be re-used by
other ROHM chip drivers like bd71828. Split the generic functions from
bd718x7-regulator.c to rohm-regulator.c and export them for other modules
to use.

regulator: bd71828: Basic support for ROHM bd71828 PMIC regulators
ROHM BD71828 is a power management IC containing 7 bucks and 7 LDOs. Bucks
1,2,6 and 7 can be assigned to a regulator group controlled by run-levels.
Eg. Voltages and enable/disable statuses for specific run-levels (run0 to
run3) can be set via register interface and run level changes can then be
done either via I2C or GPIO.

This initial commit does not support assigning bucks to be controlled via
run-levels but only allows them to be individually controlled.

LDO5 voltage can also be controlled by GPIO2 pin and register interfaces
but this driver only supports the control via register.

A couple of new features in the core, the most interesting one
being support for complex regulator coupling configurations
initially targeted at nVidia Tegra SoCs, and some new drivers but
 otherwise quite a quiet release.

  - Core support for gradual ramping of voltages for devices that
can't manage large changes in hardware from Bartosz Golaszewski.
  - Core support for systems that have complex coupling requirements
best described via code, contributed by Dmitry Osipenko.

support for complex regulator coupling configurations initially
targeted at nVidia Tegra SoCs, and some new drivers but otherwise
  quite a quiet release.

  Summary:

   - Core support for gradual ramping of voltages for devices that can't
manage large changes in hardware from Bartosz Golaszewski.

   - Core support for systems that have complex coupling requirements
best described via code, contributed by Dmitry Osipenko.

4b7f4958a3 regulator: da9061: BUCK and LDO regulator driver
Regulator support for the DA9061 is added into the DA9062 regulator driver.

The regulators for DA9061 differ from those of DA9062.
A new DA9061 enumeration list for the LDOs and Bucks supported by this
device is added. Regulator information added: the old regulator
information for DA9062 is renamed from local_regulator_info[] to
local_da9062_regulator_info[] and a new array is added to support
local_da9061_regulator_info[].

The probe() function switches on the da9062_compatible_types enumeration
and configures the correct da9062_regulator_info array and number of
regulator entries.

Kconfig is updated to reflect support for DA9061 and DA9062 regulators.

Linus Torvalds
6a497e9d58 This is the bulk of GPIO changes for the v4.9 series:
Subsystem improvements:

 - Do away with the last users of the obsolete Kconfig options
   ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB and ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB (the latter
always sounded like an item on a wishlist to Santa Claus to
me). We can now select GPIOLIB and be done with it, for all
archs. After some struggle it even work on UM. Not that it has
GPIO, but if it wants to, it can select the library.

 - Continued efforts to make drivers properly either tristate or
   bool.

 - Introduce a warning for drivers assigning default triggers to
their irqchip lines when probed from device tree, so we find and
fix these ambigous drivers. It is agreed that in the OF config
path, the device tree defines trigger characteristics.

 - The same warning, mutatis mutandis, for ACPI-probed GPIO
   irqchips.

 - We introduce the ability to mark certain IRQ lines as "unusable"
as they can be taken by BIOS/firmware, unrouted in silicon and
generally nasty if you use them, and such things. This is
put to good use in the STMPE driver and also in the Cherryview
   pin control driver.

 - A new "mockup" virtual GPIO device that can be used for testing.
The plan is to add unit tests under tools/* for exercising this
device and verify that the kernel code paths are working as they
   should.

 - Make memory-mapped I/O-drivers depend on HAS_IOMEM. This was
implicit all the time, but when people started building UM
with allyesconfig or allmodconfig it exploded in their face.

 - Move some stray bits of device tree and ACPI HW description
callbacks down into their respective implementation silo. These
were causing issues when compiling on !HAS_IOMEM as well, so
now eventually UM compiles the GPIOLIB library if it wants to.

 New drivers:

 - New driver for the Aspeed GPIO front-end companion to the
pin controller merged through the pin control tree.

 - New driver for the LP873x PMIC GPIO portions.

 - New driver for Technologic Systems' I2C FPGA GPIO such as
   TS4900, TS-7970, TS-7990 and TS-4100.

 - New driver for the Broadcom BCM63xx series including BCM6338
   and BCM6345.

 - New driver for the Intel WhiskeyCove PMIC GPIO.

 - New driver for the Allwinner AXP209 PMIC GPIO portions.

 - New driver for Diamond Systems 48 line GPIO-MM, another of
   these port-mapped I/O expansion cards.

 - Support the STMicroelectronics STMPE1600 variant in the STMPE
   driver.

 Driver improvements:

 - The STMPE driver now supports rising/falling edge detection
   properly for IRQs.

 - The PCA954x will now fetch and enable its VCC regulator properly.

 - Major rework of the PCA953x driver with the goal of eventually
switching it over to use regmap and thus modernize it even more.

 - Switch the IOP driver to use the generic MMIO GPIO library.

 - Move the ages old HTC EGPIO (extended GPIO) GPIO expander driver
over to this subsystem from MFD, achieveing some separation of
   concerns.

Merge tag 'gpio-v4.9-1' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/linusw/linux-gpio

Pull GPIO updates from Linus Walleij:
"This is the bulk of GPIO changes for the v4.9 series:

  Subsystem improvements:

   - do away with the last users of the obsolete Kconfig options
     ARCH_REQUIRE_GPIOLIB and ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB (the latter
always sounded like an item on a wishlist to Santa Claus to me). We
can now select GPIOLIB and be done with it, for all archs. After
some struggle it even work on UM. Not that it has GPIO, but if it
wants to, it can select the library.

   - continued efforts to make drivers properly either tristate or bool.

   - introduce a warning for drivers assigning default triggers to their
irqchip lines when probed from device tree, so we find and fix
these ambigous drivers. It is agreed that in the OF config path,
the device tree defines trigger characteristics.

   - the same warning, mutatis mutandis, for ACPI-probed GPIO irqchips.

   - we introduce the ability to mark certain IRQ lines as "unusable" as
they can be taken by BIOS/firmware, unrouted in silicon and
generally nasty if you use them, and such things. This is put to
good use in the STMPE driver and also in the Cherryview pin control
     driver.

   - a new "mockup" virtual GPIO device that can be used for testing.
The plan is to add unit tests under tools/* for exercising this
device and verify that the kernel code paths are working as they
     should.

   - make memory-mapped I/O-drivers depend on HAS_IOMEM. This was
implicit all the time, but when people started building UM with
allyesconfig or allmodconfig it exploded in their face.
