Add support for CCF for Microblaze.

Old binding:
system_timer: system-timer@41c00000 {
	clock-frequency = <75000000>;
	...
}

New binding:
system_timer: system-timer@41c00000 {
	clocks = <&clk_bus>;
	...
}

Both should be supported for a while

Microblaze clock binding:
clocks {
	#address-cells = <1>;
	#size-cells = <0>;
	clk_bus: bus {
		#clock-cells = <0>;

372c7209d6 microblaze: extable: sort the exception table at build time
Sort the exception table at build-time rather than during boot.

Microblaze is the same case as AARCH64 that's why EM_MICROBLAZE
conditional check was added to allow cross-compilation on machines which
are not running the latest libc-dev.

Inspired by AARCH64 commit adace89562 ("arm64: extable: sort the
exception table at build time").

dfa9771a7c microblaze: fix clone syscall
Fix inadvertent breakage in the clone syscall ABI for Microblaze that
was introduced in commit f3268edbe6 ("microblaze: switch to generic
fork/vfork/clone").

The Microblaze syscall ABI for clone takes the parent tid address in the
4th argument; the third argument slot is used for the stack size. The
incorrectly-used CLONE_BACKWARDS type assigned parent tid to the 3rd
slot.

This commit restores the original ABI so that existing userspace libc
code will work correctly.

All kernel versions from v3.8-rc1 were affected.

5647ac0ad4 Removal of GENERIC_GPIO for v3.10
GENERIC_GPIO now synonymous with GPIOLIB. There are no longer any valid
 cases for enableing GENERIC_GPIO without GPIOLIB, even though it is
 possible to do so which has been causing confusion and breakage. This
 branch does the work to completely eliminate GENERIC_GPIO.

 However, it is not trivial to just create a branch to remove it. Over
 the course of the v3.9 cycle more code referencing GENERIC_GPIO has been
 added to linux-next that conflicts with this branch. The following must
 be done to resolve the conflicts when merging this branch into mainline:

 * "git grep CONFIG_GENERIC_GPIO" should return 0 hits. Matches should be
   replaced with CONFIG_GPIOLIB
 * "git grep '\bGENERIC_GPIO\b'" should return 1 hit in the Chinese
   documentation.
 * Selectors of GENERIC_GPIO should be turned into selectors of GPIOLIB
 * definitions of the option in architecture Kconfig code should be deleted.

 Stephen has 3 merge fixup patches[1] that do the above. They are currently
 applicable on mainline as of May 2nd.

b69ec42b1b Kconfig: clean up the long arch list for the DEBUG_KMEMLEAK config option
Introduce HAVE_DEBUG_KMEMLEAK config option and select it in corresponding
architecture Kconfig files. DEBUG_KMEMLEAK now only depends on
HAVE_DEBUG_KMEMLEAK.

786d35d45c Make most arch asm/module.h files use asm-generic/module.h
Use the mapping of Elf_[SPE]hdr, Elf_Addr, Elf_Sym, Elf_Dyn, Elf_Rel/Rela,
ELF_R_TYPE() and ELF_R_SYM() to either the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version
into asm-generic/module.h for all arches bar MIPS.

Also, use the generic definition mod_arch_specific where possible.

To this end, I've defined three new config bools:

 (*) HAVE_MOD_ARCH_SPECIFIC

     Arches define this if they don't want to use the empty generic
     mod_arch_specific struct.

 (*) MODULES_USE_ELF_RELA

     Arches define this if their modules can contain RELA records. This causes
     the Elf_Rela mapping to be emitted and allows apply_relocate_add() to be
     defined by the arch rather than have the core emit an error message.

 (*) MODULES_USE_ELF_REL

     Arches define this if their modules can contain REL records. This causes
     the Elf_Rel mapping to be emitted and allows apply_relocate() to be
     defined by the arch rather than have the core emit an error message.

Note that it is possible to allow both REL and RELA records: m68k and mips are
two arches that do this.

With this, some arch asm/module.h files can be deleted entirely and replaced
with a generic-y marker in the arch Kbuild file.

Additionally, I have removed the bits from m32r and score that handle the
unsupported type of relocation record as that's now handled centrally.

c1d7e01d78 ipc: use Kconfig options for __ARCH_WANT_[COMPAT_]IPC_PARSE_VERSION
Rather than #define the options manually in the architecture code, add
Kconfig options for them and select them there instead. This also allows

59516b07b4 microblaze: Do not select GENERIC_GPIO by default
The microblaze architecture does not provide a native GPIO API implementation
nor requires GPIOLIB, but still selects GENERIC_GPIO by default. As a result the
following build error occurs, if GPIOLIB is not selected:

	include/asm-generic/gpio.h: In function 'gpio_get_value_cansleep':
	include/asm-generic/gpio.h:218: error: implicit declaration of function '__gpio_get_value'
	include/asm-generic/gpio.h: In function 'gpio_set_value_cansleep':
	include/asm-generic/gpio.h:224: error: implicit declaration of function '__gpio_set_value'

This patch addresses the issue by not selecting GENERIC_GPIO by default. This
causes the GPIO API to be stubbed out if no implementation is provided.

764e0da14f timers: Fixup the Kconfig consolidation fallout
Sigh, I missed to check which architecture Kconfig files actually
include the core Kconfig file. There are a few which did not. So we
broke them.

Instead of adding the includes to those, we are better off to move the
include to init/Kconfig like we did already with irqs and others.

This does not change anything for the architectures using the old
style periodic timer mode. It just solves the build wreckage there.

For those architectures which use the clock events infrastructure it
moves the include of the core Kconfig file to "General setup" which is
a way more logical place than having it at random locations specified
by the architecture specific Kconfigs.

microblaze copied pci_iomap from generic code, probably to avoid
pulling the rest of iomap.c in. Since that's in

generic code since arch/microblaze/include/asm/io.h
