Add code support to the m68k architecture for regsets.
Currently the only thing that will need to use regsets for m68k will be
coredump support of the elf_fdpic loader. So the changes are conditional
on that. The added support is the minimum definitions required to support
just that.

m68k (other than Coldfire) uses syscall_trace for both trace entry
and trace exit. Seccomp support requires separate entry points for
trace entry and exit which are already provided for Coldfire.
Replace syscall_trace by syscall_trace_enter and syscall_trace_leave
in preparation for seccomp support.
No regression seen in testing with strace on ARAnyM.

The generic function ptrace_report_syscall does a little more
than syscall_trace on m68k. The function ptrace_report_syscall
stops early if PT_TRACED is not set, it sets ptrace_message,
and returns the result of fatal_signal_pending.
Setting ptrace_message to a passed in value of 0 is effectively not
setting ptrace_message, making that additional work a noop.
Returning the result of fatal_signal_pending and letting the caller
ignore the result becomes a noop in this change.
When a process is ptraced, the flag PT_PTRACED is always set in
current->ptrace. Testing for PT_PTRACED in ptrace_report_syscall is
just an optimization to fail early if the process is not ptraced.
Later on in ptrace_notify, ptrace_stop will test current->ptrace under
tasklist_lock and skip performing any work if the task is not ptraced.

Patch series "mm: consolidate definitions of page table accessors", v2.
The low level page table accessors (pXY_index(), pXY_offset()) are
duplicated across all architectures and sometimes more than once. For
instance, we have 31 definition of pgd_offset() for 25 supported
architectures.
Most of these definitions are actually identical and typically it boils
down to, e.g.

These definitions can be shared among 90% of the arches provided
XYZ_SHIFT, PTRS_PER_XYZ and xyz_page_vaddr() are defined.
For architectures that really need a custom version there is always
possibility to override the generic version with the usual ifdefs magic.
These patches introduce include/linux/pgtable.h that replaces
include/asm-generic/pgtable.h and add the definitions of the page table
accessors to the new header.

The linux/mm.h header includes <asm/pgtable.h> to allow inlining of the
functions involving page table manipulations, e.g. pte_alloc() and
pmd_alloc(). So, there is no point to explicitly include <asm/pgtable.h>
in the files that include <linux/mm.h>.
The include statements in such cases are remove with a simple loop:

We are going to split <linux/sched/task_stack.h> out of <linux/sched.h>, which
will have to be picked up from other headers and a couple of .c files.
Create a trivial placeholder <linux/sched/task_stack.h> file that just
maps to <linux/sched.h> to make this patch obviously correct and
bisectable.
Include the new header in the files that are going to need it.

The assembler entry code calls directly to the syscall_trace_enter() and
syscall_trace_leave() functions. But currently they are conditionaly
compiled out for the non-MMU classic m68k CPU types (so 68328 for example),
resulting in a link error:

There is a lot of common code that could be shared between the m68k
and m68knommu arch branches. It makes sense to merge the two branches
into a single directory structure so that we can more easily share
that common code.
This is a brute force merge, based on a script from Stephen King
<sfking@fdwdc.com>, which was originally written by Arnd Bergmann
<arnd@arndb.de>.

On top of this file merge I have done a simplistic merge of m68k and
m68knommu Kconfig, which primarily attempts to keep existing options and
menus in place. Other than a handful of options being moved it produces
identical .config outputs on m68k and m68knommu targets I tested it on.
With this in place there is now quite a bit of scope for merge cleanups
in future patches.

This patch adds several syscalls, that provide necessary
functionality to support NPTL on m68k/ColdFire.
The syscalls are get_thread_area, set_thread_area, atomic_cmpxchg_32 and
atomic_barrier.
The cmpxchg syscall is required for ColdFire as it doesn't support 'cas'
instruction.
Also a ptrace call PTRACE_GET_THREAD_AREA is added to allow debugger to
inspect the TLS storage.

This fixes the following issues in ptrace:
- when single stepping into the signal handler stop at the first insn of
the handler
- handle non-zero stkadj when accessing pc and sr in ptregs
- correctly handle PT_SR in PTRACE_POKEUSR
- report -EIO when trying to read unknown offset in PTRACE_PEEKUSR
Additionally, the handling of the special case that PT_SR accesses a 16
bit word instead of a 32 bit word has been moved into get_reg/put_reg.

When PTRACE_SYSCALL was used and then PTRACE_DETACH is used, the
TIF_SYSCALL_TRACE flag is left set on the formerly-traced task. This
means that when a new tracer comes along and does PTRACE_ATTACH, it's
possible he gets a syscall tracing stop even though he's never used
PTRACE_SYSCALL. This happens if the task was in the middle of a system
call when the second PTRACE_ATTACH was done. The symptom is an
unexpected SIGTRAP when the tracer thinks that only SIGSTOP should have
been provoked by his ptrace calls so far.
A few machines already fixed this in ptrace_disable (i386, ia64, m68k).
But all other machines do not, and still have this bug. On x86_64, this
constitutes a regression in IA32 compatibility support.
Since all machines now use TIF_SYSCALL_TRACE for this, I put the
clearing of TIF_SYSCALL_TRACE in the generic ptrace_detach code rather
than adding it to every other machine's ptrace_disable.

Remove task_work structure, use the standard thread flags functions and use
shifts in entry.S to test the thread flags. Add a few local labels to entry.S
to allow gas to generate short jumps.
Finally it changes a number of inline functions in thread_info.h to macros to
delay the current_thread_info() usage, which requires on m68k a structure
(task_struct) not yet defined at this point.

The sys_ptrace boilerplate code (everything outside the big switch
statement for the arch-specific requests) is shared by most architectures.
This patch moves it to kernel/ptrace.c and leaves the arch-specific code as
arch_ptrace.
Some architectures have a too different ptrace so we have to exclude them.
They continue to keep their implementations. For sh64 I had to add a
sh64_ptrace wrapper because it does some initialization on the first call.
For um I removed an ifdefed SUBARCH_PTRACE_SPECIAL block, but
SUBARCH_PTRACE_SPECIAL isn't defined anywhere in the tree.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
