This series consists of the usual driver updates (ufs, smartpqi, lpfc,
target, megaraid_sas, hisi_sas, qla2xxx) and minor updates and bug
fixes. Notable core changes are the removal of scsi->tag which caused
some churn in obsolete drivers and a sweep through all drivers to call
scsi_done() directly instead of scsi->done() which removes a pointer
indirection from the hot path and a move to register core sysfs files
earlier, which means they're available to KOBJ_ADD processing, which
necessitates switching all drivers to using attribute groups.

Commit 406f42fa0d ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount
of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look
up. To maintain netdev->dev_addr in this tree we need to make all

The DEF_SCSI_QCMD() macro passes the addresses of the SCSI host lock and
also that of the scsi_done function to the queuecommand_lck() function
implementations. Remove the 'scsi_done' argument since its address is
now a constant and instead call 'scsi_done' directly from inside the
queuecommand_lck() functions.

Converted visorhba from IDR to XArray. The abstract data type XArray is
more memory-efficient, parallelizable, and cache friendly. It takes
advantage of RCU to perform lookups without locking. Furthermore, IDR is
deprecated because XArray has a better (cleaner and more consistent)
API.

visornic uses timer to check the response queue and drain
it if needed periodically. On the other hand, visorbus
provides periodic work to serve such request, therefore,
timer should be replaced by channel_interrupt.

Service Partition periodically, on the other hand, visorbus
provides periodic work to serve such request, therefore,

The current codebase makes use of the zero-length array language
extension to the C90 standard, but the preferred mechanism to declare
variable-length types such as these ones is a flexible array member[1][2],
introduced in C99:

};
By making use of the mechanism above, we will get a compiler warning
in case the flexible array does not occur last in the structure, which
will help us prevent some kind of undefined behavior bugs from being
inadvertenly introduced[3] to the codebase from now on.
This issue was found with the help of Coccinelle.

Unlike the legacy I/O path, scsi-mq preallocates a large array to hold
the scatterlist for each request. This static allocation can consume
substantial amounts of memory on modern controllers which support a
large number of concurrently outstanding requests.
To facilitate a switch to a smaller static allocation combined with a
dynamic allocation for requests that need it, we need to make sure all
SCSI drivers handle chained scatterlists correctly.
Convert remaining drivers that directly dereference the scatterlist
array to using the iterator functions.

GFP_KERNEL FLAG
This is a normal allocation and might block. This is the flag to use in
process context code when it is safe to sleep.
GFP_ATOMIC FLAG
The allocation is high-priority and does not sleep. This is the flag to
use in interrupt handlers, bottom halves and other situations where you
cannot sleep
And we can take advantage of GFP_KERNEL , as when system is in low
memory chances of getting success is high compared to GFP_ATOMIC.
As visornic_probe is in process context we can use GPF_KERNEL.

Currently, the Kbuild core manipulates header search paths in a crazy
way [1].
To fix this mess, I want all Makefiles to add explicit $(srctree)/ to
the search paths in the srctree. Some Makefiles are already written in
that way, but not all. The goal of this work is to make the notation
consistent, and finally get rid of the gross hacks.
Having whitespaces after -I does not matter since commit 48f6e3cf5b
("kbuild: do not drop -I without parameter").

Most SCSI drivers want to enable "clustering", that is merging of
segments so that they might span more than a single page. Remove the
ENABLE_CLUSTERING define, and require drivers to explicitly set
DISABLE_CLUSTERING to disable this feature.

In order to pass extack together with NETDEV_PRE_UP notifications, it's
necessary to route the extack to __dev_open() from diverse (possibly
indirect) callers. One prominent API through which the notification is
invoked is dev_open().
Therefore extend dev_open() with and extra extack argument and update
all users. Most of the calls end up just encoding NULL, but bond and
team drivers have the extack readily available.

When calling debugfs functions, there is no need to ever check the
return value. The function can work or not, but the code logic should
never do something different based on this.
Clean up the visornic driver code by not caring about the value of

The method ndo_start_xmit() is defined as returning an 'netdev_tx_t',
which is a typedef for an enum type, but the implementation in this
driver returns an 'int'.
Fix this by returning 'netdev_tx_t' in this driver too.

Previously, we used a hack to determine the max x,y resolution of the
visor virtual mouse: we just looked at the resolution of the
first-registered framebuffer device, using the currently-valid assumption
that in a Unisys s-Par guest environment the video will be provided by an
efifb framebuffer device.
This hack has been removed, by instead determining the default mouse
resolution by looking at fields within the visor mouse channel memory,
mouse.x_res and mouse.y_res. If these fields are 0, a default resolution
of 1024x768 is assumed.
