checkpatch complains about source files with filenames (e.g. in
these cases just below the SPDX header in comments at the top of
various files in fs/cifs). It also is helpful to change this now
so will be less confusing when the parent directory is renamed
e.g. from fs/cifs to fs/smb_client (or fs/smbfs)

A trivial patch.
cpu_to_le32() is capable enough to detect __builtin_constant_p()
and to use an appropriate compile time ___constant_swahb32()
function.
So we can use cpu_to_le32() instead of __constant_cpu_to_le32().

is misspelled in a few definitions in the list of status
codes smb2status.h as __constanst_cpu_to_le32()
