The *_irq_add function should not be marked __init because the driver
subsystem thinks they might be called at a later stage.
The usb_simtec_init function accesses initdata and should be marked
init. This is safe because the only caller is also an init function.
Without this patch, building s3c2410_defconfig results in:

The function usb_simtec_init() references

Platform data for device drivers should be defined in
include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture
and platform specific directories.
This moves such data out of the samsung include directories

The Simtec extension didn't follow a specific naming scheme for files
and config options until now. This distributed the files throughout
the whole mach-s3c24xx directory.
This patch fixes the naming of files and option names and also creates
a simtec.h header instead of using many one-liners.
As the plat/audio-simtec.h only contains the platform-data struct now,
it can also move to include/sound in a later patch.
