Florian Westphal a0ae2562c6 netfilter: conntrack: remove l3proto abstraction
This unifies ipv4 and ipv6 protocol trackers and removes the l3proto
abstraction.

This gets rid of all l3proto indirect calls and the need to do
a lookup on the function to call for l3 demux.

It increases module size by only a small amount (12kbyte), so this reduces
size because nf_conntrack.ko is useless without either nf_conntrack_ipv4
or nf_conntrack_ipv6 module.

Pablo Neira Ayuso 290180e244 netfilter: nf_tables: add connlimit support
This features which allows you to limit the maximum number of
connections per arbitrary key. The connlimit expression is stateful,
therefore it can be used from meters to dynamically populate a set, this
provides a mapping to the iptables' connlimit match. This patch also
comes that allows you define static connlimit policies.

This extension depends on the nf_conncount infrastructure.

Máté Eckl 45ca4e0cf2 netfilter: Libify xt_TPROXY
The extracted functions will likely be usefull to implement tproxy
support in nf_tables.

Extrancted functions:
	- nf_tproxy_sk_is_transparent
	- nf_tproxy_laddr4
	- nf_tproxy_handle_time_wait4
	- nf_tproxy_get_sock_v4
	- nf_tproxy_laddr6
	- nf_tproxy_handle_time_wait6
	- nf_tproxy_get_sock_v6

(nf_)tproxy_handle_time_wait6 also needed some refactor as its current
implementation was xtables-specific.

Arnd Bergmann a661574370 netfilter: fix CONFIG_NF_REJECT_IPV6=m link error
We get a new link error with CONFIG_NFT_REJECT_INET=y and CONFIG_NF_REJECT_IPV6=m
after larger parts of the nftables modules are linked together:

net/netfilter/nft_reject_inet.o: In function `nft_reject_inet_eval':
nft_reject_inet.c:(.text+0x17c): undefined reference to `nf_send_unreach6'
nft_reject_inet.c:(.text+0x190): undefined reference to `nf_send_reset6'

The problem is that with NF_TABLES_INET set, we implicitly try to use
the ipv6 version as well for NFT_REJECT, but when CONFIG_IPV6 is set to
a loadable module, it's impossible to reach that.

The best workaround I found is to express the above as a Kconfig
dependency, forcing NFT_REJECT itself to be 'm' in that particular
configuration.

Pablo Neira Ayuso 6be3bcd75a netfilter: flowtable infrastructure depends on NETFILTER_INGRESS
config NF_FLOW_TABLE depends on NETFILTER_INGRESS. If users forget to
enable this toggle, flowtable registration fails with EOPNOTSUPP.

Moreover, turn 'select NF_FLOW_TABLE' in every flowtable family flavour
into dependency instead, otherwise this new dependency on
NETFILTER_INGRESS causes a warning. This also allows us to remove the
explicit dependency between family flowtables <-> NF_TABLES and
NF_CONNTRACK, given they depend on the NF_FLOW_TABLE core that already
expresses the general dependencies for this new infrastructure.

Moreover, NF_FLOW_TABLE_INET depends on NF_FLOW_TABLE_IPV4 and
NF_FLOWTABLE_IPV6, which already depends on NF_FLOW_TABLE. So we can get
rid of direct dependency with NF_FLOW_TABLE.

In general, let's avoid 'select', it just makes things more complicated.

Pablo Neira Ayuso a3c90f7a23 netfilter: nf_tables: flow offload expression
Add new instruction for the nf_tables VM that allows us to specify what
flows are offloaded into a given flow table via name. This new
instruction creates the flow entry and adds it to the flow table.

Only established flows, ie. we have seen traffic in both directions, are
added to the flow table. You can still decide to offload entries at a
later stage via packet counting or checking the ct status in case you
want to offload assured conntracks.

This new extension depends on the conntrack subsystem.

Pablo Neira Ayuso 665153ff57 netfilter: nf_tables: add bitmap set type
This patch adds a new bitmap set type. This bitmap uses two bits to
represent one element. These two bits determine the element state in the
current and the future generation that fits into the nf_tables commit
protocol. When dumping elements back to userspace, the two bits are
expanded into a struct nft_set_ext object.

If no NFTA_SET_DESC_SIZE is specified, the existing automatic set
backend selection prefers bitmap over hash in case of keys whose size is
<= 16 bit. If the set size is know, the bitmap set type is selected if
with 16 bit kets and more than 390 elements in the set, otherwise the
hash table set implementation is used.

For 8 bit keys, the bitmap consumes 66 bytes. For 16 bit keys, the
bitmap takes 16388 bytes.

Netfilter updates for net-next

The following patchset contains Netfilter updates for your net-next
tree, they are:

1) Stash ctinfo 3-bit field into pointer to nf_conntrack object from
sk_buff so we only access one single cacheline in the conntrack
   hotpath. Patchset from Florian Westphal.

2) Don't leak pointer to internal structures when exporting x_tables
ruleset back to userspace, from Willem DeBruijn. This includes new
helper functions to copy data to userspace such as xt_data_to_user()
as well as conversions of our ip_tables, ip6_tables and arp_tables
clients to use it. Not surprinsingly, ebtables requires an ad-hoc
update. There is also a new field in x_tables extensions to indicate
the amount of bytes that we copy to userspace.

3) Add nf_log_all_netns sysctl: This new knob allows you to enable
logging via nf_log infrastructure for all existing netnamespaces.
Given the effort to provide pernet syslog has been discontinued,
let's provide a way to restore logging using netfilter kernel logging
facilities in trusted environments. Patch from Michal Kubecek.

4) Validate SCTP checksum from conntrack helper, from Davide Caratti.

5) Merge UDPlite conntrack and NAT helpers into UDP, this was mostly
a copy&paste from the original helper, from Florian Westphal.

6) Reset netfilter state when duplicating packets, also from Florian.

7) Remove unnecessary check for broadcast in IPv6 in pkttype match and
   nft_meta, from Liping Zhang.

8) Add missing code to deal with loopback packets from nft_meta when
used by the netdev family, also from Liping.

9) Several cleanups on nf_tables, one to remove unnecessary check from
the netlink control plane path to add table, set and stateful objects
and code consolidation when unregister chain hooks, from Gao Feng.

10) Fix harmless reference counter underflow in IPVS that, however,
results in problems with the introduction of the new refcount_t
    type, from David Windsor.

11) Enable LIBCRC32C from nf_ct_sctp instead of nf_nat_sctp,

only if conntrack support for SCTP is enabled. Therefore, move enabling of
kernel support for crc32c so that it is selected when NF_CT_PROTO_SCTP=y.

Anders K. Pedersen 2fa841938c netfilter: nf_tables: introduce routing expression
Introduces an nftables rt expression for routing related data with support
for nexthop (i.e. the directly connected IP address that an outgoing packet
is sent to), which can be used either for matching or accounting, eg.

 # nft add rule filter postrouting \
ip daddr 192.168.1.0/24 rt nexthop != 192.168.0.1 drop

This will drop any traffic to 192.168.1.0/24 that is not routed via
192.168.0.1.

 # nft add rule filter postrouting \
	flow table acct { rt nexthop timeout 600s counter }
 # nft add rule ip6 filter postrouting \
	flow table acct { rt nexthop timeout 600s counter }

These rules count outgoing traffic per nexthop. Note that the timeout
releases an entry if no traffic is seen for this nexthop within 10 minutes.

 # nft add rule inet filter postrouting \
	ether type ip \
	flow table acct { rt nexthop timeout 600s counter }
 # nft add rule inet filter postrouting \
	ether type ip6 \
	flow table acct { rt nexthop timeout 600s counter }

Same as above, but via the inet family, where the ether type must be
specified explicitly.

"rt classid" is also implemented identical to "meta rtclassid", since it
is more logical to have this match in the routing expression going forward.

Florian Westphal f6d0cbcf09 netfilter: nf_tables: add fib expression
Add FIB expression, supported for ipv4, ipv6 and inet family (the latter
just dispatches to ipv4 or ipv6 one based on nfproto).

Currently supports fetching output interface index/name and the
rtm_type associated with an address.

This can be used for adding path filtering. rtm_type is useful
to e.g. enforce a strong-end host model where packets
are only accepted if daddr is configured on the interface the
packet arrived on.

The fib expression is a native nftables alternative to the
xtables addrtype and rp_filter matches.

FIB result order for oif/oifname retrieval is as follows:
 - if packet is local (skb has rtable, RTF_LOCAL set, this
will also catch looped-back multicast packets), set oif to
   the loopback interface.
 - if fib lookup returns an error, or result points to local,
store zero result. This means '--local' option of -m rpfilter
is not supported. It is possible to use 'fib type local' or add
explicit saddr/daddr matching rules to create exceptions if this
   is really needed.
 - store result in the destination register.
In case of multiple routes, search set for desired oif in case
   strict matching is requested.

ipv4 and ipv6 behave fib expressions are supposed to behave the same.

[ I have collapsed Arnd Bergmann's ("netfilter: nf_tables: fib warnings")

Pablo Neira Ayuso 3d2f30a1df netfilter: nf_tables: add quota expression
This patch adds the quota expression. This new stateful expression
integrate easily into the dynset expression to build 'hashquota' flow
tables.

Arguably, we could use instead "counter bytes > 1000" instead, but this
approach has several problems:

1) We only support for one single stateful expression in dynamic set
definitions, and the expression above is a composite of two
   expressions: get counter + comparison.

2) We would need to restore the packed counter representation (that we
used to have) based on seqlock to synchronize this, since per-cpu is
   not suitable for this.

So instead of bloating the counter expression back with the seqlock
representation and extending the existing set infrastructure to make it
more complex for the composite described above, let's follow the more
simple approach of adding a quota expression that we can plug into our
existing infrastructure.

Arnd Bergmann 08a7f5d3f5 netfilter: tee: select NF_DUP_IPV6 unconditionally
The NETFILTER_XT_TARGET_TEE option selects NF_DUP_IPV6 whenever
IP6_NF_IPTABLES is enabled, and it ensures that it cannot be
builtin itself if NF_CONNTRACK is a loadable module, as that
is a dependency for NF_DUP_IPV6.

However, NF_DUP_IPV6 can be enabled even if IP6_NF_IPTABLES is
turned off, and it only really depends on IPV6. With the current
check in tee_tg6, we call nf_dup_ipv6() whenever NF_DUP_IPV6
is enabled. This can however be a loadable module which is
unreachable from a built-in xt_TEE:

net/built-in.o: In function `tee_tg6':
:(.text+0x67728): undefined reference to `nf_dup_ipv6'

The bug was originally introduced in the split of the xt_TEE module
into separate modules for ipv4 and ipv6, and two patches tried
to fix it unsuccessfully afterwards.

This is a revert of the the first incorrect attempt to fix it,
going back to depending on IPV6 as the dependency, and we
adapt the 'select' condition accordingly.

Arnd Bergmann 74ec4d55c4 netfilter: fix xt_TEE and xt_TPROXY dependencies
Kconfig is too smart for its own good: a Kconfig line that states

	select NF_DEFRAG_IPV6 if IP6_NF_IPTABLES

means that if IP6_NF_IPTABLES is set to 'm', then NF_DEFRAG_IPV6 will
also be set to 'm', regardless of the state of the symbol from which
it is selected. When the xt_TEE driver is built-in and nothing else
forces NF_DEFRAG_IPV6 to be built-in, this causes a link-time error:

net/built-in.o: In function `tee_tg6':
net/netfilter/xt_TEE.c:46: undefined reference to `nf_dup_ipv6'

This works around that behavior by changing the dependency to
'if IP6_NF_IPTABLES != n', which is interpreted as boolean expression
rather than a tristate and causes the NF_DEFRAG_IPV6 symbol to
be built-in as well.

The bug only occurs once in thousands of 'randconfig' builds and
does not really impact real users. From inspecting the other
surrounding Kconfig symbols, I am guessing that NETFILTER_XT_TARGET_TPROXY
and NETFILTER_XT_MATCH_SOCKET have the same issue. If not, this
change should still be harmless.
