Add a UART 1-Wire bus driver. The driver utilizes the UART interface via
the Serial Device Bus to create the 1-Wire timing patterns. The driver
was tested on a "Raspberry Pi 3B" with a DS18B20 and on a "Variscite
DART-6UL" with a DS18S20 temperature sensor.
The 1-Wire timing pattern and the corresponding UART baud-rate with the
interpretation of the transferred bytes are described in the document:

In short, the UART peripheral must support full-duplex and operate in
open-drain mode. The timing patterns are generated by a specific
combination of baud-rate and transmitted byte, which corresponds to a
1-Wire read bit, write bit or reset.

Add a host driver to support the AMD 1-Wire programmable logic IP block.
This block guarantees protocol timing for driving off-board devices such
as thermal sensors, proms, etc.

This driver was used by the mfd/asic3 and mfd/htc-pasic3 drivers, but
both of those are removed as part of the PXA spring cleaning, which
leaves the w1 support orphaned as well.

Starting with SGI Origin machines nearly every new SGI ASIC contains
an 1-Wire master. They are used for attaching One-Wire prom devices,
which contain information about part numbers, revision numbers,
serial number etc. and MAC addresses for ethernet interfaces.
This patch adds a master driver to support this IP block.
It also adds an extra field dev_id to struct w1_bus_master, which
could be in used in slave drivers for creating unique device names.

The GPIO subsystem provides dummy GPIO consumer functions if GPIOLIB is
not enabled. Hence drivers that depend on GPIOLIB, but use GPIO consumer
functionality only, can still be compiled if GPIOLIB is not enabled.
Relax the dependency on GPIOLIB if COMPILE_TEST is enabled, where
appropriate.

After the last architecture switched to generic hard irqs the config
options HAVE_GENERIC_HARDIRQS & GENERIC_HARDIRQS and the related code
for !CONFIG_GENERIC_HARDIRQS can be removed.

These devices are not available on other architectures, so
let's limit them to omap.
If the driver subsystem maintainers want to build test
system wide changes without building for each target,
it's easy to carry a test patch that just strips out the
depends entries from Kconfig files.

Allow the OMAP HDQ1W driver to be built for all OMAP2+ SoCs by
adjusting KConfig dependencies. The previous dependency required
either SOC_OMAP2430 or ARCH_OMAP3 to be set, but the HDQ IP block is
present on OMAP2420 and OMAP44xx SoCs. The driver was still
selectable on multi-OMAP kernel configurations, however; so the
previous prohibition was rather pointless.

The HDQ/1-Wire module of TI OMAP2430/3430 platforms implement the hardware
protocol of the master functions of the Benchmark HDQ and the Dallas
Semiconductor 1-Wire protocols. These protocols use a single wire for
communication between the master (HDQ/1-Wire controller) and the slave
(HDQ/1-Wire external compliant device).
This patch provides the HDQ driver to suppport TI OMAP2430/3430 platforms.

Add a GPIO 1-wire bus master driver. The driver used the GPIO API to
control the wire and the GPIO pin can be specified using platform data
similar to i2c-gpio. The driver was tested with AT91SAM9260 + DS2401.
