On some MediaTek SoCs GPU speed binning data is available for read
in the SoC's eFuse array but it has a format that is incompatible
with what the OPP API expects, as we read a number from 0 to 7 but
opp-supported-hw is expecting a bitmask to enable an OPP entry:
being what we read limited to 0-7, it's straightforward to simply
convert the value to BIT(value) as a post-processing action.
So, introduce post-processing support and enable it by evaluating
the newly introduced platform data's `uses_post_processing` member,
currently enabled only for MT8186.

Convert platform_get_resource(), devm_ioremap_resource() to a single
call to devm_platform_get_and_ioremap_resource(), as this is exactly
what this function does.
No functional changes.

At over 4000 #includes, <linux/platform_device.h> is the 9th most
#included header file in the Linux kernel. It does not need
<linux/mod_devicetable.h>, so drop that header and explicitly add
<linux/mod_devicetable.h> to source files that need it.
4146 #include <linux/platform_device.h>
After this patch, there are 225 files that use <linux/mod_devicetable.h>,
for a reduction of around 3900 times that <linux/mod_devicetable.h>
does not have to be read & parsed.

This patch was build-tested on 20 different arch-es.
It also makes these drivers SubmitChecklist#1 compliant.

All nvmem drivers are supposed to set the owner field of struct
nvmem_config, but this matches nvmem->dev->driver->owner.
As far as I see in drivers/nvmem/ directory, all the drivers are
the case. So, make nvmem_register() set the nvmem's owner to the
associated driver's owner unless nvmem_config sets otherwise.
Remove .owner settings in the drivers that are now redundant.

The type of nvmem_config->priv is (void *), so sparse complains
about assignment of the base address with (void __iomem *) type.

nvmem_register() copies all the members of nvmem_config to
nvmem_device. So, nvmem_config is one-time use data during
probing. There is no point to keep it until the driver detach.
Using stack should be no problem because nvmem_config is pretty
small.

Regmap raw accessors are bus specific implementations, using regmap raw
apis in nvmem breaks nvmem providers based on regmap mmio.
This patch moves to nvmem support in the driver to use callback
instead of regmap, which is what the nvmem core supports now.

Possibly, provider driver initialization is later than
consumer driver. Use function subsys_initcall to initialize
NVMEM provider early to ensure NVMEM consumer doesn't need
to -EPROBE_DEFER.
