dt-bindings: PCI: brcmstb: Add property "brcm,clkreq-mode"
The Broadcom STB/CM PCIe HW -- a core that is also used by RPi SOCs -- requires the driver to deliberately place the RC HW one of three CLKREQ# modes. The "brcm,clkreq-mode" property allows the user to override the default setting. If this property is omitted, the default mode shall be "default". Add bindings for Brcmstb EP voltage regulators. A new mechanism is to be added to the Linux PCI subsystem that will allocate and turn on/off regulators. These are standard regulators -- vpcie12v, vpcie3v3, and vpcie3v3aux -- placed in the DT in the bridge node under the host bridge device. dt-bindings: Drop redundant minItems/maxItems
If a property has an 'items' list, then a 'minItems' or 'maxItems' with the same size as the list is redundant and can be dropped. Note that is DT schema specific behavior and not standard json-schema behavior. The tooling will fixup the final schema adding any unspecified minItems/maxItems. This condition is partially checked with the meta-schema already, but only if both 'minItems' and 'maxItems' are equal to the 'items' length. An improved meta-schema is pending. BCM4908 is a SoC family with PCIe controller sharing design with the one for STB. BCM4908 has different power management and memory controller so few tweaks are required. PERST# signal on BCM4908 is handled by an external MISC block so it needs specifying a reset phandle.
