Richard Genoud d325a858a5 MAINTAINERS: mailmap: update Richard Genoud's email address
I'm working now at bootlin, so I'll use my bootlin address for kernel
development from now on.

Update also the yaml file for atmel-serial accordingly.

Specifying samsung,uart-fifosize in both DT and driver static data is error
prone and relies on driver probe order and dt aliases to be correct.

Additionally on many Exynos platforms these are (USI) universal serial

For google,gs101-uart make samsung,uart-fifosize a required property.

Linus Torvalds 8e1e49550d TTY/Serial driver changes for 6.6-rc1
Here is the big set of tty and serial driver changes for 6.6-rc1.

Lots of cleanups in here this cycle, and some driver updates. Short
 summary is:
   - Jiri's continued work to make the tty code and apis be a bit more
sane with regards to modern kernel coding style and types
   - cpm_uart driver updates
   - n_gsm updates and fixes
   - meson driver updates
   - sc16is7xx driver updates
   - 8250 driver updates for different hardware types
   - qcom-geni driver fixes
   - tegra serial driver change
   - stm32 driver updates
   - synclink_gt driver cleanups
   - tty structure size reduction

All of these have been in linux-next this week with no reported issues.
The last bit of cleanups from Jiri and the tty structure size reduction
came in last week, a bit late but as they were just style changes and
size reductions, I figured they should get into this merge cycle so that
others can work on top of them with no merge conflicts.

Linus Torvalds 0e72db7767 ARM: devicetree updates for 6.6
These are the devicetree updates for Arm and RISC-V based SoCs,
mainly from Qualcomm, NXP/Freescale, Aspeed, TI, Rockchips,
 Samsung, ST and Starfive.

Only a few new SoC got added:

  - TI AM62P5, a variant of the existing Sitara AM62x family

  - Intel Agilex5, an FPGFA platform that includes an
    Cortex-A76/A55 SoC.

  - Qualcomm ipq5018 is used in wireless access points

  - Qualcomm SM4450 (Snapdragon 4 Gen 2) is a new low-end mobile
    phone platform.

In total, 29 machines get added, which is low because of the summer
break. These cover SoCs from Aspeed, Broadcom, NXP, Samsung, ST,
Allwinner, Amlogic, Intel, Qualcomm, Rockchip, TI and T-Head. Most of
these are development and reference boards.

Hugo Villeneuve 4cf478dc5d dt-bindings: sc16is7xx: Add property to change GPIO function
Some variants in this series of UART controllers have GPIO pins that
are shared between GPIO and modem control lines.

The pin mux mode (GPIO or modem control lines) can be set for each
ports (channels) supported by the variant.

This adds a property to the device tree to set the GPIO pin mux to
modem control lines on selected ports if needed.

Merge tag 'soc-fixes-6.5-2' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/soc/soc

Pull ARM SoC fixes from Arnd Bergmann:
"A couple of platforms get a lone dts fix each:

   - SoCFPGA: Fix incorrect I2C property for SCL signal

   - Renesas: Fix interrupt names for MTU3 channels on RZ/G2L and
     RZ/V2L.

   - Juno/Vexpress: remove a dangling symlink

   - at91: sam9x60 SoC detection compatible strings

   - nspire: Fix arm primecell compatible string

On the NXP i.MX platform, there multiple issues that get addressed:

   - A couple of ARM DTS fixes for i.MX6SLL usbphy and supported CPU
     frequency of sk-imx53 board

   - Add missing pull-up for imx8mn-var-som onboard PHY reset pinmux

   - A couple of imx8mm-venice fixes from Tim Harvey to diable
     disp_blk_ctrl

   - A couple of phycore-imx8mm fixes from Yashwanth Varakala to correct
     VPU label and gpio-line-names

   - Fix imx8mp-blk-ctrl driver to register HSIO PLL clock as
bus_power_dev child, so that runtime PM can translate into the
     necessary GPC power domain action

On the driver side, there are two fixes for tegra memory controller
drivers addressing regressions from the merge window, a couple of
minor correctness fixes for SCMI and SMCCC firmware, as well as a
build fix for an lcd backlight driver"

Sherry Sun 290c80069c dt-bindings: serial: fsl-lpuart: correct imx93-lpuart dt-binding item
Correct the fsl,imx93-lpuart dt-binding item, imx93/imx8ulp add some new
features based on imx7ulp lpuart, so need to add "fsl,imx8ulp-lpuart"
for imx93 to enable those new features.

dt-bindings: serial: atmel,at91-usart: update compatible for sam9x60
There is only one debug unit in the sam9x60 SOC and it has the chipid
register. So, the dbgu compatible strings are valid only for debug usart.
Defining these dbgu compatible strings are not valid for flexcom usart.
So adding the items which is valid only for flexcom usart and removing
the microchip,sam9x60-usart compatible string from the enum list as no
usart node defines only this specific compatible string.
