Wei Yongjun	dbb988b4e7	clk: qcom: Fix return value check in apss_ipq6018_probe() ... In case of error, the function dev_get_regmap() returns NULL pointer not ERR_PTR(). The IS_ERR() test in the return value check should be replaced with NULL test. The CPU on Qualcomm ipq6018 devices are clocked primarily by a aplha PLL and xo which are connected to a mux and enable block. Add support for the mux and enable block which feeds the CPU on ipq6018 devices.
