Normally, each connection needs a unique identity. Conntrack zones allow
to specify a numerical zone using the CT target, connections in different
zones can use the same identity.
Example:
iptables -t raw -A PREROUTING -i veth0 -j CT --zone 1
iptables -t raw -A OUTPUT -o veth1 -j CT --zone 1

Make per-netns a) expectation hash and b) expectations count.
Expectations always belongs to netns to which it's master conntrack belong.
This is natural and doesn't bloat expectation.
Proc files and leaf users are stubbed to init_net, this is temporary.

nf_nat_setup_info gets the hook number and translates that to the
manip type to perform. This is a relict from the time when one
manip per hook could exist, the exact hook number doesn't matter
anymore, its converted to the manip type. Most callers already
know what kind of NAT they want to perform, so pass the maniptype
in directly.

The IPv4 and IPv6 hook values are identical, yet some code tries to figure
out the "correct" value by looking at the address family. Introduce NF_INET_*
values for both IPv4 and IPv6. The old values are kept in a #ifndef __KERNEL__
section for userspace compatibility.

When removing the expectation for the opposite direction, the PPTP NAT
helper initializes the tuple for lookup with the addresses of the
opposite direction, which makes the lookup fail.

Add nf_conntrack port of the PPtP conntrack/NAT helper. Since there seems
to be no IPv6-capable PPtP implementation the helper only support IPv4.
