Standardize all the feature flags based on the HAVE_{FEATURE}_SUPPORT naming convention:

		HAVE_LIBUNWIND_SUPPORT
		HAVE_ON_EXIT_SUPPORT
		HAVE_PERF_REGS_SUPPORT
