Ingo Molnar 5647028d55 sched/headers: Move the NUMA balancing interfaces from <linux/sched.h> to <linux/sched/numa_balancing.h>
Split out the interface between the scheduler and the MM which
deals with page fault driven NUMA balancing, into the new
<linux/sched/numa_balancing.h> header.
