Most likely the last set of patches for 5.1. WPA3 support to ath10k and qtnfmac. FTM support to iwlwifi and ath10k. And of course other new features and bugfixes. wireless-drivers was merged due to dependency in mt76. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
