Heikki Krogerus 27c6886838 usb: dwc3: pci: Drop duplicate ID 
commit f121531703 upstream.

Intel Arrow Lake CPU uses the Meteor Lake ID with this
controller (the controller that's part of the Intel Arrow
Lake chipset (PCH) does still have unique PCI ID).
