Juergen Gross a1c42ddedf kvm: rename KVM_MAX_VCPU_ID to KVM_MAX_VCPU_IDS ... KVM_MAX_VCPU_ID is not specifying the highest allowed vcpu-id, but the number of allowed vcpu-ids.
