Randy Dunlap 876a1b08d0 misc: mic: move to its own menu in Misc devices
Move the Intel MIC drivers into their own menu.
This is due to the number of drivers (Kconfig entries) here
and it simplifies (cleans up) the "Misc devices" menu.
