Jean-Philippe Brucker 5837cedef6 selftests/bpf: Fix out-of-tree build 
When building out-of-tree, the .skel.h files are generated into the
$(OUTPUT) directory, rather than $(CURDIR). Add $(OUTPUT) to the include
paths.
