Greg Kroah-Hartman 70b3b3e77a greybus: tools: don't always build them. 
This breaks the kernel-only build as it can't find any userspace headers
with the cross-compiler, so don't build the tools by "default" unless
you ask for them.

Greybus kernel code

To build against the running kernel (odds are you don't want this):
	make

To build against a specific kernel source tree (odds are you want this):
	KERNELDIR=/home/some/random/place make
