Pull x86 and PTI fixes from Ingo Molnar:
 "Misc fixes:

   - fix EFI pagetables freeing

   - remove ancient CONFIG_X86_PPRO_FENCE=y - x86 is TSO again

   - fix two binutils (ld) development version related incompatibilities
