Richard Knutsson 6e21828743 [PATCH] Generic boolean
This patch defines:
* a generic boolean-type, named 'bool'
* aliases to 0 and 1, named 'false' and 'true'

Removing colliding definitions of 'bool', 'false' and 'true'.
