Anshuman Khandual 7ce5f7e16a documentation/mm: update pmd_present() in arch_pgtable_helpers.rst
Although pmd_present() might seem to indicate a valid and mapped pmd
entry, in reality it returns true when pmd_page() points to a valid page
in memory , regardless whether the pmd entry is mapped or not. Andrea
Arcangeli had earlier explained [1] the required semantics for
pmd_present(). This just updates the documentation for pmd_present() as
required.

Architecture Page Table Helpers
===============================
Generic MM expects architectures (with MMU) to provide helpers to create, access
and modify page table entries at various level for different memory functions.
These page table helpers need to conform to a common semantics across platforms.
Following tables describe the expected semantics which can also be tested during
boot via CONFIG_DEBUG_VM_PGTABLE option. All future changes in here or the debug
test need to be in sync.
