Christoph Egger 9b98031e67 MIPS: Alchemy: Remove dead CONFIG_SOC_AU1000_FREQUENCY 
CONFIG_SOC_AU1000_FREQUENCY doesn't exist in Kconfig, therefore
removing all references for it from the source code.
