Dan Carpenter ab4d76eb77 rtc: fix snprintf() checking in is_rtc_hctosys() [ Upstream commit `54b909436e` ] The scnprintf() function silently truncates the printf() and returns the number bytes that it was able to copy (not counting the NUL terminator). Thus, the highest value it can return here is "NAME_SIZE - 1" and the overflow check is dead code. Fix this by using the snprintf() function which returns the number of bytes that would have been copied if there was enough space and changing the condition from "> NAME_SIZE" to ">= NAME_SIZE". Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``.  The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
