Fixes for 4.16. A bit bigger than I would have liked, but most of that is DC fixes which Harry helped me pull together from the past few weeks. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
