Andi Kleen 722a9f9299 asmlinkage: Add explicit __visible to drivers/*, lib/*, kernel/*
As requested by Linus add explicit __visible to the asmlinkage users.
This marks functions visible to assembler.

Tree sweep for rest of tree.
