Davide Caratti e6294c06e7 net/sched: fq_pie: fix OOB access in the traffic path
commit e70f7a1187 upstream.

the following script:

  # tc qdisc add dev eth0 handle 0x1 root fq_pie flows 2
  # tc qdisc add dev eth0 clsact
  # tc filter add dev eth0 egress matchall action skbedit priority 0x10002
  # ping 192.0.2.2 -I eth0 -c2 -w1 -q

produces the following splat:

fix fq_pie traffic path to avoid selecting 'q->flows + q->flows_cnt' as a
valid flow: it's an address beyond the allocated memory.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
