- Support cross-compiling linux-headers Debian package and kernel-devel
RPM package
- Add support for the linux-debug Pacman package
- Improve module rebuilding speed by factoring out the common code to
scripts/module-common.c
- Separate device tree build rules into scripts/Makefile.dtbs
