to Trace Foundation, New York, by Tony Duff under a non-exlusive, world-wide licence

||

in April, 2001. Trace Foundation has provided the software to the public under GNU

||
|
|
General Public Licence version 2.

In general, you may use the software mentioned above for free and you may distribute
