Jskad

Added standard CVS file .cvsignore. Added Apache Ant build file, with tasks to do all the usual, plus tasks to make all-in-one binary JAR of Jskad, binary JARs of Savant, QD, and Jskad, several types of source distributions, some fairly nice Javadoc API docs, etc. It's still a work in progress. 2002-09-30 02:28:17 +00:00			`bin`
