dchandler f38290efd2 If you've used 'ant -Dj2ee.sdk.home="C:\j2sdkee1.3.1\lib"', then the dist ... and compile targets will build the servlet form of the translation tool. If you haven't, they won't build it. Added comments. Made it easier to change the build classpath inside a target while retaining reusability.
