Adding myself(Jeyappragash JJ) to contributors.md 

I have been working on identity and access management open standards and protocols for the past year or so. Been involved with spiffee.io, started padme.io based on collaboration with few people in industry. Would love to help and see standard Security model emerge, that accelerates safe adoption of cloud native technologies in enterprises.
