seccomp: use Prctl() from x/sys/unix
Use unix.Prctl() instead of manually reimplementing it using unix.RawSyscall. Also use unix.SECCOMP_MODE_FILTER instead of locally defining it. Signed-off-by: Tobias Klauser <tklauser@distanz.ch>
